Summer Performance Camps!

Join us this summer for our youth athletic development programs!

THese tailored offerings are designed specifically for kids ages 8-13 to introduce them to speed and strength training in a fun, engaging, age appropriate environment.

Youth Speed and Agility Camp

(Ages 8-13)

Build the foundation of improved athleticism through our speed and agility summer camp. We introduce the basics of sprint speed and change of direction technique in a fun and competitive environment. Athletes will improve their athleticism through a multitude of drills and games that build dynamic coordination, speed, and balance.

Session 1:  9:00 - 10:00 AM   |  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday  | June 9th - June 26th

Youth Performance Camp

Introducing young athletes to sports performance training. We integrate speed and agility with foundational strength movements to build a comprehensive base for kids to enhance their athleticism.  Where our Youth Speed and Agility Camp focuses heavily on sprint technique, jumping, and change of direction - our Youth Performance Camp uses the same core principles have in athletic development and integrates strength building and healthy weight room introduction as well.

Session 1:  11:00-12:00 pm  |  Monday, Wednesday  | June 16th - July 3oth
